About the client
Farseer is a financial planning and analysis (FP&A) platform that helps finance teams move out of Excel chaos and into fast, accurate, and collaborative planning. It solves the key pain points of modern finance departments: slow processes, data errors, and a lack of connectivity between teams. The platform connects planning, budgeting, scenarios, and analytics into a single system that enables finance to finally lead, not follow, the business.
Challenges
When they started the merch project with us, Farseer set the following goals:
- Create a recognizable and consistent brand experience through every touchpoint with Farseer – from new employee onboarding, to events and partnerships, to client gifts.
- To convey their culture and attitude through merch: "we're serious about results, but laid-back in style."
- The message "Get Sheet Done" best describes this blend – seriousness + humor + style.
Solutions
Over the course of the year, a collection of diverse items was created: hoodies, T-shirts, tote bags, water bottles, mugs, and plush teddy bears. Additionally, a special line of branded products was developed in collaboration with Old Pilots: a co-branded gin label, engraved glasses, and personalized VIP gift boxes. All items are aligned with Farseer's identity: minimalist design, clear messaging, and high-quality craftsmanship (printing, embroidery, engraving).

Packaging and delivery were simple and fast:
- From order confirmation to delivery – the average was three weeks.
- The client could combine classic merchandise and special gift packages within a single order.
- Everything arrived ready and without any extra steps on their part, which significantly simplified event and client gifting preparation.
Results and Impressions in Practice
Merch has become one of the most recognizable parts of the Farseer brand. The team wears it every day, and the "Get Sheet Done" slogan is seen at panels, events, and on social media. Clients often request additional pieces after collaborating. Co-branded Old Pilots gin packages were a perfect hit for VIP partners and events like Finance.Weekend.
